Vinyl – Albums Live will be performing 3 sets at The AmeriCU Credit Union Taste Of Syracuse 2016, presented by Tops Friendly Markets!

Friday evening, June 3rd from 5:30PM – 7:50PM on the Express Mart Main Stage. 20+ musicians will be performing highlights from The Eagles’ “Hotel California”, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s “Born To Run” and The Rolling Stones’ “Sticky Fingers”, as well as a few surprises! Join us as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Taste Of Syracuse and do our part to kick off the summer season of outdoor shows in the 315!

5:30p – Selections from The Eagles’ “Hotel California” performed by Jeff Bradbury, Kevin Farrell, Michael Frisina, Brett Hobin, Shawn Hobin, and Doug Moncrief

6:20p* – Selections from Bruce Springsteen And The E Street Band’s “Born To Run” performed by members of Born To Run – Bill Barry, Joe Beccheria, Brian Burke, Bob Caraher, Michael Crissan, Tony Greene, Lenny Milano, Rich Racculia Sr., Steven T. Winston and Rodney Zajac

Vinyl – Albums Live in conjunction with K Mase Productions presents: “Vinyl – Albums Live: VI”. Saturday, January 23, 2016 at The Palace Theater in Syracuse, NY.

“Vinyl – Albums Live: VI” will be sponsored by AmeriCU Credit Union. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to Signature Music, holistic education for teen musicians in Syracuse.
Our January show will debut three iconic 70’s rock albums performed in their entirety. The three bands will feature 20 Syracuse musicians in total with ten who are new to the Vinyl – Albums Live family!
Albums to be performed:
The Eagles’ 1976 album Hotel California
Rolling Stones’ 1971 album Sticky Fingers
Bruce Springsteen’s 1975 album Born To Run

Released in December of 1976, Hotel California is The Eagle’s fifth studio album. Containing the singles “Life in the Fast Lane” and “New Kid in Town”, the album’s title track won the 1977 GRAMMY for RECORD OF THE YEAR and the album later went on be ranked # 37 on Rolling Stone Magazine’s list of
 The 500 GREATEST ALBUMS OF ALL TIME. Central New York musicians who will be performing Hotel California are:

Join us on Sunday, November 8, 2015 for a special limited engagement at the upstairs of Syracuse’s Dinosaur Bar-B-Que! Reprise live performances of two iconic rock albums: Billy Joel’s The Stranger and Bob Seger’s Night Moves. Featuring Syracuse’s premiere bands Prime Time Horns and The Barndogs, joined by a collection of the area’s top musicians. Announcement of the line up for our January 2016 show, Vinyl – Albums Live: VI, will take place between albums.

Released in September of 1977, The Stranger was Billy Joel’s fifth studio album and is considered his critical and commercial breakthrough effort, spending six weeks at #2 on the US Billboard 200. Featuring the singles “Just the Way You Are”, “Movin’ Out (Anthony’s Song)”, “Only the Good Die Young”, “She’s Always a Woman” and “The Stranger”, the album remains Joel’s best-selling non-compilation album to date and was ranked number 70 on Rolling Stone magazine’s list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. Vinyl – Albums Live musicians performing The Stranger are Bob Kane (drums), Dave Kane (bass), Tim Robinson (guitar), Chris Eves (keys/accordion) and Jon Kane (percussion), joined by Prime Time Horns musicians Brian Bird (sax), Tony Greene (sax & flute), Bob Caraher (piano/keys), Tom Hillenbrand (guitar) and Paul Valentino (vocals). With backing vocalists Joanna Jewett, Kim Monroe and Lisa Romano.

Bob Seger released Night Moves in October of 1976. It was his ninth studio album and his first with the Silver Bullet band. Night Moves included the singles “Mainstreet”, “Rock and Roll Never Forgets” and “Night Moves”. It peaked at #8 on the Billboard 200 in 1977. Vinyl – Albums Live musicians performing “Night Moves” are Barndogs musicians Mark Westers (guitar), Andy Comstock (lead vox & bass) and John Kapusniak (keys), joined by Eric Wilson (drums) Todd Stiles (guitar) and Chris Eves (keys). With backing vocalists Joanna Jewett, Kim Monroe and Lisa Romano.

Vinyl – Albums Live returns to Taste of Syracuse in Syracuse’s Clinton Square! Join us at the Main Stage on Friday night, June 5, 2015, from 5:30p until 8p as we perform tunes from 3 potent rock albums. Selections from U2’s Achtung Baby (1991), Paul McCartney & Wings Band on the Run (1973) and Alanis Morissette’s Jagged Little Pill (1995) will be performed by 13 of Syracuse’s top musicians. Join us as we Taste Syracuse and do our part to kick off the summer season of outdoor shows in the 315!

5:30p – Songs from Paul McCartney & Wings Band on the Run to be performed by: Gary Frenay, Arty Lenin, Steve Schad, Kristopher Heels and Pete Szymanski.

6:20p* – Songs from U2’s Achtung Baby to be performed by: Jason Vaughn, Kristopher Heels, Brett Hobin, Bob Kane and Steve Schad.

Vinyl – Albums Live in conjunction with K Mase Productions and 105.9 The Rebel present: “Vinyl – Albums Live: V”. Saturday, January 17, 2015 at The Palace Theater in Syracuse, NY. Doors at 6p. Show at 7p.

Our January performance will consist of three iconic 70’s rock albums performed in their entirety. The three bands will feature 19 Syracuse musicians in total with nine who are new to the Vinyl – Albums Live family!

Bob Seger & the Silver Bullet Band’s 1976 album “Night Moves”
